Virtual Intuitive Eating Group

This group is for you if:

  • you feel like you think about food all the time

  • most days you say to yourself "tomorrow I will be good, I will do better" only to “mess up” again

  • you ever feel like deciding what foods to eat and when to eat them is frustrating

  • you wonder how other people just seem to eat all kinds of foods without it being a big deal

If you can relate, join others that feel the same way in this compassionate, non-judgmental group that can help you:

  • understand how to eat without exhausting food rules

  • help you feel more confident in your food choices

  • connect with your body and learn what it needs to have energy and feel good

  • learn how to think less about food and more about what really matters to you

This group is limited to eight members. Fee is $35/session. We accept BCBS insurance and many plans cover the fee for this group at 100%, let us know if you have BCBS insurance and we can check to find out if the group is covered for you.
